Introducing Our Newest Associates

Furthering our dedication to advocacy and the pursuit of justice for victims, our law firm is happy to announce that we have hired three new associates: Tito Valdes, Kristen Lee Varallo, and Rory Strawbridge Crowe, bringing our team up to 29 attorneys. Each brings with them an abundance of legal experience that will strengthen our advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse and those who have been catastrophically harmed by negligent security, defective products, medical devices, and more.

About Tito Valdes

Early in Tito Valdes' career, he served as counsel to the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, where he represented the child welfare agency in hundreds of complex child abuse trials. In one notable case in which Tito presented expert medical testimony, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania created binding authority on the topic of inflicted injuries under the Child Protective Services Law.

From there, Tito accepted a position as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he served the citizens of Philadelphia as a member of the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit. In that role, Tito focused his practice on the prosecution of the city's most violent criminals, involving sexual abuse, intimate partner violence and homicide charges. He successfully prosecuted over 30 jury trials to verdict.

His experience earned him recognition by the Philadelphia Coalition for Victim Advocacy, resulting in the prestigious Prosecutor of the Year Award in 2023, and by the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance, resulting in the Team Excellence Award in 2024. After nearly eight years of trial experience elevating the voices of survivors, Tito now brings his passion and dedication to assist societies most vulnerable to Anapol Weiss. We are excited to have him on the team.

About Kristen Lee Varallo

Kristen Lee Varallo joins the firm’s mass tort department and has 15 years of experience litigating personal injury and product liability cases, as well as class actions. Prior to joining Anapol Weiss, Kristen worked as a paralegal at Pogust Millrood (now Pogust Goodhead), providing invaluable support to their pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort cases before applying to law school in 2017. While in school, Kristen continued working full-time as a litigation paralegal. After graduating from law school in 2021, Kristen continued working as an attorney for Pogust Goodhead in their mass tort pharmaceutical drug and device department until accepting this position at Anapol Weiss. We are thrilled to have Kristen Lee Varallo join the team.

About Rory Strawbridge Crowe

Anapol Weiss’ third new hire, Rory Strawbridge Crowe, joins us with years of general casualty defense experience. As our new associate, Rory will handle complex personal injury litigation, negligent security, premise liability, dram shop cases, construction accidents, complex products liability matters, motor vehicle accidents, and trucking and motorcycle accidents. Rory earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019. Throughout his time there, he was not only on the Dean’s List but also a Merit Scholarship Recipient. He also went on to win the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Best Student Performance.

Before joining Anapol Weiss, Rory was an associate attorney with Rawle & Henderson. He was also a legal intern to the Honorable Charles J. Cunningham III in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. We are equally excited to have Rory on board.
