Having served in the legal field for sixteen years, Kristen’s diverse background spans consumer and products liability, complex personal injury, spoliation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and wage and hour issues.

Before joining Anapol Weiss, Kristen practiced as a litigation attorney at an international law firm, where she dedicated her practice to advocating for plaintiffs in mass tort litigation. She represented individuals harmed by dangerous drugs and defective medical devices, including Elmiron, CPAP, Abbott/Mead Baby Formula, Ozempic, ParaGard IUD, and various orthopedic devices. Through her committed advocacy, Kristen has played a pivotal role in securing millions of dollars in compensation for individuals affected by these products.

Dedication to Victims of Sexual Abuse and Assault

At Anapol Weiss, Kristen concentrates her practice on advocating for individuals who have survived sexual abuse, dedicating her efforts to securing justice for the most vulnerable. She holds rideshare companies such as Uber and Lyft accountable for incidents of sexual assault experienced by riders. In addition, Kristen represents families in litigation against tech giants like Roblox and Discord for their role in enabling predatory grooming, sexual exploitation, and abuse through their platforms. She is also actively involved in cases related to the harmful impact of baby formula, as well as video game addiction, ensuring that companies are held responsible for the damage caused by their products and services. Through her work, Kristen is committed to seeking justice, steadfastly advocating for her clients every step of the way.

Thought Leadership and Advocacy for Child Survivors

Kristen is a recognized advocate for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and exploitation. Her commitment to trauma-informed representation was recently highlighted in the June 2026 edition of Trial® magazine, the flagship publication of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

In her article, "Representing Child Survivors," Kristen examines the unique challenges attorneys face when representing children who have experienced sexual abuse and online exploitation. She emphasizes the importance of creating safe environments, building trust, empowering survivors throughout the legal process, and ensuring that litigation promotes healing rather than further trauma.

Drawing on her experience representing survivors and their families, Kristen advocates for a client-centered approach that prioritizes dignity, accountability, and the long-term well-being of vulnerable children. Her work reflects her ongoing commitment to protecting survivors' rights and helping families seek justice against individuals and organizations that enable abuse.

While attending law school, Kristen worked full-time as a litigation paralegal and law clerk. While in law school, Kristen was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and served as a research assistant to the school’s Trial Team Director, focusing her directed research on the impact of implicit biases in the courtroom. She also earned the CALI Excellence Award for Professional Responsibility.
