Introducing Our Newest Associates
Furthering our dedication to advocacy and the pursuit of justice for victims, our law firm is happy to announce that we have hired three new associates: Tito Valdes, Kristen Lee Varallo, and Rory Strawbridge Crowe, bringing our team up to 29 attorneys. Each brings with them an abundance of legal experience that will strengthen our advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse and those who have been catastrophically harmed by negligent security, defective products, medical devices, and more.

About Kristen Lee Varallo
Kristen Lee Varallo joins the firm’s mass tort department and has 15 years of experience litigating personal injury and product liability cases, as well as class actions. Prior to joining Anapol Weiss, Kristen worked as a paralegal at Pogust Millrood (now Pogust Goodhead), providing invaluable support to their pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort cases before applying to law school in 2017. While in school, Kristen continued working full-time as a litigation paralegal. After graduating from law school in 2021, Kristen continued working as an attorney for Pogust Goodhead in their mass tort pharmaceutical drug and device department until accepting this position at Anapol Weiss. We are thrilled to have Kristen Lee Varallo join the team.
About Rory Strawbridge Crowe
Anapol Weiss’ third new hire, Rory Strawbridge Crowe, joins us with years of general casualty defense experience. As our new associate, Rory will handle complex personal injury litigation, negligent security, premise liability, dram shop cases, construction accidents, complex products liability matters, motor vehicle accidents, and trucking and motorcycle accidents. Rory earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2019. Throughout his time there, he was not only on the Dean’s List but also a Merit Scholarship Recipient. He also went on to win the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Best Student Performance.
Before joining Anapol Weiss, Rory was an associate attorney with Rawle & Henderson. He was also a legal intern to the Honorable Charles J. Cunningham III in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. We are equally excited to have Rory on board.
Anapol Weiss Continues to Grow
Since the beginning of 2023, Anapol Weiss has added three female shareholders: Kila Baldwin in January of 2023, Kristen Gibbons-Feden in the Spring of 2024, and Alexandra Walsh in the Fall of 2024. The Firm has also added six new partners, Pamela Playo Lin, William Smith, Holly Dolejsi, Patrick Huyett, and Catelyn McDonough. The Firm has grown to 29 full-time attorneys and has created one of the top majority female-owned practices in the nation. These latest additions increase our depth and commitment to our causes in Philadelphia and nationwide.
