Since becoming a shareholder with Anapol Weiss in March 2024, Kristen Gibbons Feden has been at the forefront of some of the biggest cases in the country. As mentioned above, she secured two eight-figure verdicts for survivors of a renowned New York pediatrician and R. Kelly in a single day. Her fight didn’t stop there, however, as she secured another 104 verdicts totaling $1.6 billion dollars on behalf of survivors of the same pediatrician between 2024 and 2025.
Kristen Gibbons Feden is nationally known, often making media appearances and providing expert legal commentary in response to some of the country’s biggest stories, including Roblox, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, and the Epstein files. She recently participated in an MSNBC panel to discuss the brave and courageous step survivors of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein took on Capitol Hill, demanding for the full release of his client list. If the Epstein files are not released, these brave survivors talked about compiling their own list: “We know the names,” survivor Lisa Phillips said, “As survivors, we will confidentially compile the names that were regularly seen in the Epstein world.”
“That’s the type of justice survivors want,” Kristen Gibbons Feden told MSNBC in response to Lisa Phillip’s statement. “It’s where they are reclaiming their power. It’s saying, “You know what government, if you’re not going to tell everyone what these people did to us, we are going to force it out of you.”
When you listen to Attorney Gibbons Feden, it becomes clear that she brings that sentiment into every case she takes on. It’s what she’s doing on behalf of the 900+ survivors of the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center and Illinois Youth Centers, who between 1995 and 2022, were subjected to sexual abuse by those who were employed to protect them. At the time of publication, Anapol Weiss along with co-counsel have filed nearly 1,000 lawsuits against these detention centers. In July 2025, she stood in support of these brave survivors, who came forward at a press conference in downtown Chicago, where yet again, another call for accountability was made.
