Michael Sweet is an associate at Anapol Weiss whose practice focuses on advocating for survivors of sexual abuse and individuals harmed by defective products and toxic chemical exposure. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives and securing meaningful accountability from the corporations and institutions responsible for their injuries.
Before joining Anapol Weiss, Michael practiced at a prominent national mass tort firm, where he gained extensive experience in complex multidistrict litigation. His work has included negotiating ESI protocols, metadata frameworks, and TAR-related discovery issues. Michael has been involved in nationally significant MDLs, including In re: Uber Technologies, Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation, MDL No. 3084, where he helped represent survivors of sexual assault during rideshare trips, and In re: Paraquat Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 3004, where he helped represent farmers diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease following herbicide exposure.
Education
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Michael worked at a local mass tort firm. Prior to law school, Michael earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Public Policy at Susquehanna University.
