Experienced Trial Attorney in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Litigation
Dominique L. Montoya is a skilled trial attorney with a deep commitment to advocacy and justice. She brings significant experience defending and prosecuting personal injury cases, having first-chaired multiple jury and bench trials to favorable verdicts. At Anapol Weiss, Dominique focuses on representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to dangerous products and medical malpractice.
Before joining Anapol Weiss, Dominique gained extensive litigation experience at prominent Philadelphia firms, where she handled all phases of civil litigation—from intake and discovery through trial—for both plaintiffs and defendants. Her background includes working closely with expert witnesses, deposing parties and medical professionals, and developing compelling trial strategies to achieve justice for the injured.
Dominique is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she earned recognition for her excellence in trial advocacy. She continues to share her litigation experience as a coach for Temple’s National Trial Team and as a faculty member with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
