Hillary Weinstein joined Anapol Weiss as an associate in 2017. Her practice focuses primarily on appellate advocacy, consumer class actions, and complex commercial and personal injury litigation.
Hillary earned her bachelor’s degree in comparative literature from Duke University, and her law degree from Boston College Law School in 2008. At law school, Hillary was a member of the Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team, and worked as an extern with the prosecution team at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague, Netherlands. Following law school, she completed a year-long fellowship with the Federal Community Defender EDPA, in the Capital Habeas Unit. Following her fellowship, Hillary worked for six years in the litigation department of a large, international law firm with a focus on product liability, complex commercial, and class action litigation. Most recently, Hillary worked at a small firm exclusively servicing the nonprofit sector, serving as outside general counsel and primarily advising on tax and corporate matters.
Hillary is admitted to practice law before all of the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
