Marsha Jean-Francois is a graduate of the first HBCU Lincoln University, PA receiving her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Clinical Counseling Psychology with minors in Sociology and Human Services in 2012. As a result, Marsha has held several positions as a social worker for the City of Philadelphia and a case manager for children on the spectrum which she truly enjoyed until her transition into human resources. Marsha received her MBA in Human Resource Management and Finance from Lincoln University graduate center in 2019 graduating magna cum laude as a member of Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society with Honors in HR.
Marsha joined Anapol Weiss as Human Resource Director in 2022. Marsha is an experienced HR Manager with a demonstrated history of working in employee relations, coaching, mentoring and mediation, as well as compensation, benefits, policy administration, immigration and labor regulations and compliance. Marsha has strong technical capabilities and an innate proclivity to utilize technology to support HR-related processes as well as negotiate and resolve differences. Marsha’s capabilities vary in the nonprofit sector as well as public speaking, and fundraising.
Marsha is serving on the Board of the ALA as Assistant Vice President of Business Partner Relations.
