Joel Feldman NBC News

Joel Feldman, Anapol Weiss Shareholder and Founder of End Distracted Driving, was recently highlighted by NBC10 News for his work in bringing awareness to end distracted driving. Joel has spoken to thousands of students nationwide, as well as to parents on the risks of distracted driving. He recently spoke to students at Archmere Academy about his new lesson plans to encourage safe driving habits.

Since 2009, Joel has been raising attention to end distracted driving in teens and their parents. Last month, EndDD launched a new initiative in the form of a curriculum program for elementary school children, to teach the dangers of distracted driving. The hope of the new curriculum program is to encourage safe driving habits in parents through their children. “Is there anything the least bit respectful to looking at your phone? You may have a passenger in the car and you’re sharing the road with other people,” Joel shared with NBC10.

By speaking with high school students, Joel hopes to not only encourage young drivers to practice safe driving habits, but also for those students to encourage their parents to be safe behind the wheel. There is also no such thing as multi-tasking while driving.  “No one out there likes it when you see the guy in the car next to you, driving distracted.”
