Mr. Ronca will be speaking at two seminars: March 4, 2020 in Mechanicsburg, PA, and March 18. 2020 in Philadelphia.

About the Seminar

This seminar allows attorneys to enhance their practice with updates in key areas of civil litigation and learn from leading practitioners like Mr. Ronca. Participants will be given valuable practice tips, relevant updates, and the analysis of recent important decisions in the Pennsylvania state and federal courts. James Ronca will present an update on Pennsylvania product liability law.

“This covers all types of cases, from crashworthiness to pharmaceutical products and medical devices. I cover all new cases including federal preemption law and the law of evidence. Sometimes I discuss jury instructions, pretrial motions and discovery issues, all depending on what decisions were made in the preceding 12 months. Pennsylvania law changed markedly in 2014 with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in Tincher v. Omega Flex. This decision set in motion a cascade of new legal interpretations,” says Ronca, on topics for this year’s seminars.
