On Giving Tuesday , Anapol Weiss partner Joel Feldman spent the day at Marple Newtown High School, in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, talking to students about distracted driving. Feldman, who has litigated distracted driving cases for years, wants to prevent them from occurring in the first place. One of the issues he addressed was what to do when mom and dad drive distracted.
