Joseph is an associate at Anapol Weiss and focuses his practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile collision, product liability and dram shop liability matters.
A Philadelphia area native, Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. He completed his first year of law school at the Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was named to the Dean’s Honors List and awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Legal Writing. While at Widener, Joseph served at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, assisting indigent clients with Landlord/Tenant disputes, consumer issues, government benefit issues, wills, Protection from Abuse petitions, divorce and custody proceedings. Joseph transferred to the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and continued to hone his legal writing and advocacy skills. He was admitted to Villanova’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Concentration, an advanced program for those pursuing a career in litigation.
Before his associate role at Anapol Weiss, Joseph worked at the firm as a law clerk for nearly two years during law school. He also gained invaluable experience serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Joseph is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
